In the course of creating a new lake scenery numerous bridges were built in Dutch Winschoten near Groningen. To underline the green, sustainable philosophy the client decided for the innovative timber and concrete composite construction. Our HBV systems were the best solution and provided for a quick set up.<\/p>\n

By means of prefabrication in the factory the mounting and the further timber construction works for one bridge could be completed in only one day. Alltogether it took only six weeks from mounting the timber beams to the completion of the final asphalt surface. The bridges are most efficient, heavy-duty hybrid frames made of block-glued laminated timber and concrete. The concrete is statically effectively connected with the block support by our glued-in HBV thrust connectors.<\/p>\n<\/div>
